How a build goes

01

What we look at first

Your trade, what a stranger currently sees, and the three things your competitors all did.

02

Your photographs and your words

What to send, and how to shoot it on a phone.

What to send

  • Ten to fifteen photos of finished work you’re proud of. Not the whole job — the parts that look good.
  • Three of you or your crew actually working. Hands, tools, the real site.
  • One of your van, ute or shopfront if you have one.

How to shoot

  • Daylight. Outside, or near a window. Never the flash, never the overhead fluoro.
  • Hold the phone level and stand back further than feels right — we’d rather crop than stretch.
  • Landscape for anything wide, portrait for anything tall. Both is better than neither.
  • Wipe the lens. It’s the single biggest improvement available.
  • Clear the frame first: no bins, no coffee cups, no bystanders, no visible brand names that aren’t yours.

What we can’t use

  • Screenshots of photos, anything downloaded, anything with a watermark or a filter.
  • Photos with someone else’s logo or a customer’s face without their say-so.
  • Anything under 2000px on the long edge — check before you send.

The build

Nothing for you to approve yet.

04

Your revisions

One round on Frontage, two on the others.

05

Handover

The files, the domain and the deployment. Then it’s yours.
